Job Title : Regional Sales Representative
Company Overview : OnIt Athlete, a dynamic and innovative fully licensed NIL collegiate trading card company, is seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Regional Sales Representatives.

OnIt athlete is on track to work with over 65 Universities and 215 teams in 2024. In 2024, OnIt Athlete is on track to pay student athletes over $5 million.
Position : Regional Sales Representative
Location : West Virginia, Virginia, Western Pennsylvania including Penn State (Region 16)
Responsibilities :
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking with enthusiasts, card shops, trade shows, and sporting events.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
- Present and demonstrate our products / services to prospective clients effectively.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Compensation : This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential. The more you sell, the more you earn.
