The LCSW provides mental health support and counseling to individuals families and groups. This role emphasizes the importance of social work principles in improving clients mental and emotional wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments to identify clients needs and develop treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions.

Requirements
- Master s degree in Social Work (MSW) and LCSW licensure.
- Previous experience in mental health or social services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
