The Regional Vice President of Retail Development is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, execution, and success of retail operations across the region.

This includes managing new and existing locations, optimizing systems, and ensuring alignment with executive goals. Key duties involve setting operational standards, driving customer service excellence, and ensuring profitability.

The role also includes managing cross-departmental coordination, tracking KPIs, and delivering regular performance updates to the executive team.

By leading with integrity and fostering a customer-focused culture, the Regional Vice President of Retail Development ensures teams meet or exceed performance targets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Draft, edit, and provide training on policies and procedures for both new and existing systems or programs to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

Collect and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) from various departments, presenting findings and insights to the executive team.

Assess the effectiveness of deployment strategies, providing detailed reports with recommendations for improvements to the executive team.

Collaborate with managers and department heads to facilitate communication and ensure the seamless integration of systems and processes.

Ensure all departments adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that align with company standards, providing guidance and support as needed.

Gather intelligence and operational data from departments to drive the development and optimization of operational systems and procedures.

Provide on-site support during new site openings and projects, collecting intelligence to aid in smooth company expansions.

Coordinate and support the execution of directives from the executive team, ensuring successful implementation of key projects and initiatives.

Lead the development and implementation of critical systems and processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Arrange and manage meetings for project implementation, develop milestones, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of objectives.

Create program management plans and evaluation strategies for all major projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Facilitate clear communication and collaboration between various departments and retail locations, ensuring alignment and operational consistency.

Oversee the cultural integration of new locations, ensuring they align with the company’s existing values and workplace culture.

Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure. Assist with the implementation of company policies, standard operating procedures, and performance standards.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Daily compliance with Company policies including but not limited to; state / local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules.

Education and / or Experience Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or eight+ years related experience and / or training;
