- Formulate programspecifications and basicprototypes
- Transform softwaredesigns and specifications into stable production systems to allowfor Direct Care and Treatment (DCT) to operate as a separateDepartment from the Department of Human Services(DHS)
- Make changes toexisting data structures to allow independent use and reportingfrom existing systems in support of DCT becoming a stand alonedepartment fromDHS
- Make changes toexisting front end systems to allow for independent use byDCT
- Test codeperiodically to ensure it produces the desirable results andperform debugging whennecessary
- Perform upgrades tomake software and systems more secure andefficient
- Collaborate withtechnical writers to create documentation for usersupport
- Provide knowledgetransfer
MinimumQualifications
- Five (5)years experience in Developer / Programmerrole
- A Masters degreesubstitutes for three years of experience or a Bachelors degreesubstitutes for two years or an Associates degree substitutes forone year
- Two (2) engagementslasting more than six (6) months in Developer / Programmerrole

- Provenexperience as a programmer or relevantrole
- Ability to program inlanguages such as .NET HTML Cetc.
