Fulcrum Technologies, Inc., is an industry leader in the design and manufacture of custom machine bases for vibration sensitive production tools used in the semiconductor fabrication process.
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Account Manager to join our team.
As a Customer Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our semiconductor industry clients, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Your strategic insights, proactive approach, and dedication to customer success will be instrumental in driving satisfaction, loyalty, and growth within our customer base.
Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.
g., CMA, CPIM) is a plus.
- Proven experience in pricing, estimating, or cost analysis within a manufacturing environment, preferably in a high precision manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, perform cost analysis, and develop accurate cost estimates.
- Proficiency in using pricing models, financial analysis tools, and ERP software to support pricing decisions and cost estimation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and interact with clients.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on driving profitability, optimizing pricing strategies, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and supply chain management principles.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
- High ethical standards and integrity in dealing with sensitive pricing information and client relationships.
