This position is responsible for multiple administrative functions to ensure the activities of the USDA Cooperative Agreement are completed in a timely manner.
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operations.
- Drafts quarterly reports for USDA Cooperative Agreement.
- Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets
- Compiles activities and hours worked for research activities.
- Responds to emails and other digital queries and correspondence.
- Assists in making travel arrangements.
- Ensures supplies needed for research are always on hand.
Position Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- Experience managing schedules, creating reports, and maintaining inventory
