Jimmy Johns is currently hiring a Closing Shift Manager in the Independence area. We are a fast paced environment and we are growing.

Job Duties :
- Control food and labor costs
- Lead by example
- Execute catering orders and provide "Freaky Fast" customer service
- Responsible for all daily functions in unit
Job Requirements :
- A positive attitude and the ability to be coached
- 100% effort everyday
- Previous job experience
- Ability to spend 8 hrs on your feet and lift 40 lbs
- Must be 18+ years old
- Reliable transportation
- Night and Weekend availability

Requirements :
- Ability to work a 40 hour week
- At least 18 years of age
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store
- Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision
- Willing to offer opinions and recommendations towards the store and employees
