What We're Seeking :

A Content Marketing Manager who will be instrumental in developing, executing, and optimizing our content strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.

This role involves creating compelling, high-quality content across multiple platforms, managing a dynamic content calendar, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment with our overall marketing objectives.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of audience research, mastery of SEO best practices, and a talent for crafting content that truly resonates with our target audience.

Roles & responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Happy V’s goals and target audience.
  • Perform content audits to identify gaps and opportunities, ensuring relevant and up-to-date content.
  • Write and edit various content types, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, ebooks, social media posts, packaging inserts, and email campaigns.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO), including keyword research, Amazon keyword research, on-page optimization, and ensuring content meets user intent.
  • Implement SEO best practices to increase organic search visibility and track content performance using analytics tools to optimize and refine content strategies.
  • Repurpose existing content for use across multiple platforms and formats, extending its reach and impact.
  • Ensure all visual content, including colors, fonts, and logo usage, aligns with the brand's style guide to maintain a cohesive brand identity across all platforms.
  • Manage content distribution across various channels, including the company website, Amazon, email newsletters, and third-party sites.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of content marketing efforts, such as website traffic, engagement rates, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure content aligns with overall company objectives and supports lead generation and customer retention efforts.
  • Additional tasks will be performed to support the marketing team as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with SEO best practices, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools like SEMRush, AHREfs, GA4, Amazon Brand Analytics, and Helium10.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of content marketing trends.
  • Should be local to the Greater Fort Lauderdale / Miami area
  • Must be able to come into Miramar office 1-2 times a week (M-F)
  • Fluent in English (speak, read and write)
  • Must have a willingness to learn and to grow within the Happy V Marketing team
  • Collaborative, team player attitude is a must
  • Experience in the women’s wellness / supplement industry a plus but not mandatory

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with visual content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
  • Experience with search analytic tools (e.g., SEMRush, Amazon Brand Analytics, and Helim10).
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo).
