Operations Internship - Full Time/Part Time

Our Operations Team is looking for an energetic and competitive Operations Intern willing to go the extra mile with our customer service for carriers & sales team.

Operations Specialists will collaborate with Carrier Sales and Customer Sales reps to bring cost-effective strategies and elevated service to our customers' shipping / receiving departments.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES :

• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Obtaining shipment updates from contractors
• High-volume phone and email outreach
• Negotiating rates with contractors and customers
• Providing updates and solutions to Carrier Sales, Regional Dispatch Managers, or Customer Sales
• Problem-solving
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a self-starter

COMPENSATION :

This is a paid internship. Compensation will be based on qualifications and conversation.

QUALIFICATIONS :

A successful candidate must possess the following traits / skills :

• Must be enrolled at a college or university
