The renewable and solar energy sector is thriving, and so are we! Alpha Ascension is on the lookout for a motivated Solar Energy Customer Service Representative to help connect customers with tailored solar solutions while contributing to environmental sustainability.

This role is part of a statewide effort to shift the utility grid to community solar energy, involving innovative outreach campaigns to boost consumer participation.

As we grow our initiatives, the Solar Energy Customer Service Agent will also have numerous opportunities for professional development through their leadership, dedication, and hard work.

We are looking for a Solar Energy Customer Service Representative who exudes confidence, enthusiasm, and is highly skilled at communicating in order to build rapport with customers while representing our company's vision! Who You Are : Driven by challenges and eager to take on significant responsibilities An excellent communicator who enjoys interacting with customers Skilled in selling products or services, or excited to develop this crucial business skill Enthusiastic about joining a team that motivates and inspires you to make a positive impact Our Solar Energy Customer Service Representative Responsibilities : Build and nurture relationships with local decision-makers Create and present proposals on renewable energy services to prospective clients Gain expertise in renewable energy and community solar farms Network and seek out opportunities to engage with potential clients Educate both potential and existing customers about solar energy solutions and cost-saving benefits Confidently discuss options and finalize sales with customer base Attend company meetings to stay informed about solar energy initiatives Our Solar Energy Customer Service Representative Qualifications : Prior experience or knowledge in Account Management, Sales, Solar Energy, or Customer Support Customer-focused, outgoing, and self-driven attitude Upstanding communication abilities both written and spoken, with customers and staff Confident in direct communication with consumers Effective time-management, written communication, and interpersonal skills #LI-Onsite Powered by JazzHR
