LHH Recruitment is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic client's team in Beaverton, Oregon. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to promote and sell their products to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our products.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication.
- Understand customer needs and tailor your sales pitch accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and strategies.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in sales or customer service related position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
