How You'll Make an Impact :

The Senior Vice President, Vertical Lead - FSI will be responsible for leading a team of leaders to develop sound business practices built around strategy, goal setting, hiring, and advising.

The SVP, Vertical Lead - FSI will report to Epsilon's Chief Revenue Officer and work closely with assigned Epsilon clients.

You will work diligently with stakeholders from Business Development, Account Management, Finance and Product Development all to drive client retention and revenue growth.

You need to have the ability to lead and help a team adapt in a transformational environment.

What You'll Achieve :

Success in this role is envisioned with a high level of client satisfaction, a seamless delivery of Epsilon solutions, a strategic mindset that helps to provide more Epsilon solutions to the assigned clients and a consistent vision towards growth, especially as related to on-boarding new Epsilon clients.

Driving success will be measured on revenue growth across all solutions that Epsilon offers.

Who You Are :

  • Proved and demonstrated industry expertise in Finance and Insurance industry a must.
  • Diverse Client Management Experience (client side, ad solutions, direct marketing, agency experience) within the Financial Services & Insurance space.
  • 15+ years of demonstrated consultative and solution-oriented Sales & Business Development Experience; strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Multi-disciplined marketer who is well-versed across digital channels (online, omni-channel messaging, data, services) as well marketing technology platforms
  • Established track record of owning Profit & Loss on revenue targets of $100M - $200M
  • Ability to assess client objectives and formulate communication strategy directly to those client objectives across customer marketing initiative that span adtech and martech needs and tie this to the Epsilon suite of product.
  • Self-motivated driver with strong skills in prioritization and revenue achievement.
  • Strong business and strategic planning acumen; able to identify opportunities, participate in new business, and close sales.
  • Solid quantitative background with an understanding of analytic tools and techniques
  • Leadership skills that develop the team for future growth
  • Deep understanding of marketing program design, execution, and measurement
  • A learning leader mindset - that leads with curiosity that help solve problems and speed up process.
  • Thrives in a challenging, evolving and demanding environment.

Salary Range : $197,000.00 - $260,000.00
