Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal with experience in Personal Injury to join our legal team. The successful candidate will provide support to our attorneys in all aspects of litigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research and gathering relevant information
- Preparing and drafting legal documents, pleadings, and motions
- Assisting attorneys in trial preparation, including creating exhibits and witness lists
- Maintaining case files and organizing documents
- Communicating with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel
- Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in Personal Injury
- Strong knowledge of Litigation Strategy and Personal Injury law
- Experience working on Plaintiff cases
- Familiarity with medical malpractice cases is a plus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field is preferred but not required
