One of our clients, an award-winning Oracle consulting partner, is seeking our assistance in staffing a major engagement at a global customer of theirs.
We have been supporting this company for more than years! They have been selected by one of their customers to provide long-term IT support with their UKG Dimensions / Pro WFM applications.
Remote work available for a UKG Dimensions / UKG WFM Pro based in Canada or the USA. Must be an IT professional with expertise in workforce planning, time & attendance, and scheduling apps.
Can work as a consultant (9) or be hired on as an employee with salary and benefits. Experience supporting post go-live and / or new users is a big plus.
Excellent customer facing skills are needed
Work is mainly support and enhancements. Duration will be approximately 2-3 years and should start in the middle of August.
