Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.
Position Type :
- Full-Time Team Members : Saturdays are required
- Part-Time Team Members : Must be available three days a week and must be available on Fridays and / or Saturdays

- Pay Type : Starting at $14.42-$17 / hour for Part-Time & $18-$19 / hour for Full-Time
Front of House Team Member Responsibilities :
- Smile
- Create and Maintain Eye Contact
- Speak Enthusiastically
- Make Emotional Connections with Guests
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements :
- Must be 16 or older
- Must be able to meet availability requirements
- Must be comfortable working outside
- Consistency and reliability

- Able to multi-task
