A growing organization in South Carolina is looking to hire a Physical Therapist for an expanded caseload in the Summerville area.
The PT will provide community-based outpatient services (billed under Medicare Part B ) in patients homes, focusing primarily on geriatric care .

Job Requirements :
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent)
- Eligible for South Carolina licensure
- For PRN / Per Diem , a minimum of 10 hours of direct patient care and 3 weekdays of availability are required
- Professionalism, accuracy, and dependability
- Passion for providing creative, evidence-based care
- New grads are welcome and will be supported and mentored
- Some prior work experience is required for PRN / Per Diem candidates
