The objective of this position is to provide marketing for the firm’s global equity and transition management services to prospective institutional and pension fund clients while maintaining and expanding the relationship of current clients and increasing revenues.

- Implement and support effective business development plans that create new client relationships through established relationships, referrals, attending conferences, sales meetings and events that yield increased revenues.
- Execute and support cost effective account management strategies that maintain and generate incremental revenue through evaluating market trends and the client’s business direction.
- Assist in completing requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs) for submission.
- Assist in compiling data and attend city and state public pension fund board meetings to keep current on equity industry related information, while disseminating relevant information to sales team members and current clients.
- Create presentation books and background information related to client and prospect meetings for senior sales staff.
- Assist and support senior sales staff during transition management events
Required Licenses and Registrations FINRA certification Series 7 and Series 63 are required. Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least three years of previous work experience within the financial services industry working with institutional asset managers, public / corporate pension funds, and other institutional investors
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, specifically with Excel (formulas, analysis, etc.) is preferred
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, effective speaker and active listening)
- Business development, marketing, and sales strategy acumen
- Solid client service and relationship building skills
- Ethical; having integrity
- Detailed oriented, organizational, and planning skills
- Solid financial, quantitative, and qualitative skills
- Strong work ethic; ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work with all levels of employees and clients, including C-Suite (executive presence)
- Adaptive and flexible to the complexities of projects and their deliverables
- Solid knowledge of the trading process and operations / settlement process
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Must be willing to travel
Compensation : $100,000 to $150,000 per year
