PMI is looking for a E-Commerce Product Coordinator who will be responsible for assisting with onboarding product information to the Global eCommerce platform, including the set-up and management of the product catalog, product detail pages (PDPs) and product listing pages (PLPs).
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and compelling product information is presented to customers.
What you'll bring to the role :
- Manage the SKU onboarding process for new products onto our eCommerce platforms.
- Collaborate with product teams to gather and organize product information, including product data, titles, pricing, descriptions, specifications, images, videos, and other assets.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of PDPs and PLPs for new and existing products, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.

- Ensure consistent formatting and adherence to brand guidelines across all product pages.
- Conduct regular audits of product pages to identify and resolve any inconsistencies or errors.
- Assist with the implementation of A / B testing and optimization strategies for product pages to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Monitor and report on the performance of product pages, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Support the development and execution of ecommerce marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Stay up-to-date with ecommerce trends, best practices, and platform updates.
Role Qualifications :
- Associate degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related field (internships or entry-level positions accepted).
- Basic understanding of ecommerce platforms and content management systems.
- Experience with subscription services and / or digital products is a plus.
