Responsibilities
- Answer calls and assist customers
- Maintain customer accounts
- Maintain knowledge of new products
- Be outstanding at relationship building
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty
- Other duties as assigned by agent
Requirement
- Must Be Willing To Obtain Property and Casualty License*
- Must be willing to obtain a P&C License in AL
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn andbe intuitive, resourceful and coachable
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Learn all systems and processes
- Must have excellent Communication / Interpersonal skills
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
- Must provide professional work references
- Must have a valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
