- Research customer issues and inquires
- Rout customer calls to the appropriate department as needed
- Collect and enter customer feedback
- Email correspondence with customers and internal team members
Requirements for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative role :
- Ability to Multi-task in a Fast-Paced Environment
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Light Excel skills Data Entry, Spreadsheets
- Desire to meeting key phone metrics
- Willingness to be a supportive team player
