Duration : about 18 months
The CMR shall thoroughly read all contract plans, specifications, and requirements and become knowledgeable regarding all contract requirements prior to work being performed.
Shall comply with the contractor’s approved safety plan for the project.
The CMR firm shall provide a quality assurance surveillance plan (QASP), in accordance with FAR 46.401(a), to include project management and staffing, schedule, safety, documentation, and quality assurance.
If ProjectTeam is to be utilized on the project, the
QASP can simply refer to Task 5.2.5 in regard to the process for RFIs and submittals. If ProjectTeam will not be utilized on the project, the QASP must detail the CMR’s proposed process for RFIs and submittals, including the method for electronic distribution and approvals.
The QASP is subject to COR approval.
CMR firm shall comply with the overall project management plan and the project
schedule, as approved by the COR.
The CMR(s) shall be knowledgeable in site civil, concrete paving, historic brick restoration and construction practices including applicable industry standards, regulations or codes, cost breakdown estimating and negotiating, and technical writing.
Experience with earthen dam restoration will be more favorably rated.
CMR shall be knowledgeable in all applicable safety regulations and must have a minimum of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-hour construction safety training.
Individuals shall have expert computer operating skills to be able to create and manipulate Microsoft Project, Primavera or equivalent schedules and be proficient in a variety of well-known programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Project.
The CMR must be able to access and effectively utilize the Government furnished, cloud based Project Team management software that was developed for NPS, if this software is required for the project.
This software is to be used for communications, project progress
meetings, review of submittals, RFIs, transmission of digital progress photographs, etc.
