Job Title : Quality Technician
Job Description
As a Quality Technician, you will be accountable for developing component inspection plans and CMM programs. Your role will also involve assisting the Engineering and Quality departments in ensuring proper documentation of engineering drawings and in the measurement of complex parts & features.
You will be responsible for completing or supporting the completion of First Article / PPAP inspections along with documenting the results.
Additionally, you will be required to support the reporting and analysis of incoming and supplier quality performance measures.
Working alongside the Quality Inspection Specialist and Supplier Quality Engineer, you will plan and implement prevention-based quality controls to facilitate continuous defect and variation reduction.
Furthermore, you will support the corrective action system to improve the quality culture and conduct audits to ensure continuous improvement and strengthen the quality culture.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.
Work Environment
This position requires a high level of collaboration with the Engineering and Quality departments, as well as with the Quality Inspection Specialist and Supplier Quality Engineer.
The role demands a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement, with an emphasis on developing and implementing strategies to reduce defects and variations.
