At GoTu, we're revolutionizing the dental industry with our innovative, deep work platform. Imagine a seamless connection between licensed dental professionals and dental offices, bridging the gap for temporary and full-time staffing needs through our cutting-edge on-demand web and mobile platform.
Responsibilities Include :
- Conduct cold calls to dental offices to introduce our staffing solutions and services.
- Assess and understand the unique staffing needs of each dental office.
- Schedule Qualified Meetings between prospects and Regional Account Managers by ensuring the prospect's readiness to post a shift with our service for the first time.
- Maintain and update prospect information in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide feedback and insights from prospect interactions to help refine sales strategies and approaches.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance sales techniques and industry knowledge.

Qualifications
Key Competencies :
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the healthcare or staffing industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of self-motivation and a drive to succeed.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
