Imagine a seamless connection between licensed dental professionals and dental offices, bridging the gap for temporary and full-time staffing needs through our cutting-edge on-demand web and mobile platform.

Responsibilities Include :

• Conduct cold calls to dental offices to introduce our staffing solutions and services.
• Assess and understand the unique staffing needs of each dental office.
• Schedule Qualified Meetings between prospects and Regional Account Managers by ensuring the prospect's readiness to post a shift with our service for the first time.
• Maintain and update prospect information in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Provide feedback and insights from prospect interactions to help refine sales strategies and approaches.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance sales techniques and industry knowledge.

Qualifications

Key Competencies :

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the healthcare or staffing industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of self-motivation and a drive to succeed.
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.
