Job Description : Engagea Comm is seeking a dedicated and organized Data Entry & Customer Service Representative to handle data management and provide exceptional customer support.
This dual role involves ensuring the accuracy of data entry while also managing client inquiries and offering solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a customer-centric approach.
Job : Full time
Pay Range : $16.50 - $26.00 hourly
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update customer information in the database.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to customer service metrics and data entry accuracy.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experiences and streamline processes.
- Monitor and manage customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of customer data at all times.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or relevant experience in data entry or customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in data entry or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong typing skills with an emphasis on accuracy and speed.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-first approach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data management systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
