Our client, a leading global functional ingredient company, is seeking a dynamic Director of Marketing to lead a diverse range of initiatives, from brand strategy to hands-on campaign execution.
This role will focus on elevating brand presence within the health and wellness sector through innovative marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate will leverage creativity, analytics, and innovation to lead a marketing team and execute impactful campaigns that elevate customer engagement and brand visibility.
Responsibilities :
- Design and execute forward-thinking marketing strategies that captivate audiences and boost brand recognition.
- Develop strategic marketing plans to position the client's product as a leader in its category.
- Lead engaging, cross-channel campaigns including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising that resonate with target audiences.
- Amplify brand presence through compelling social media initiatives, fostering communities, and leveraging influencers to expand digital reach.
- Optimize SEO strategies to increase website visibility, drive organic traffic, and dominate search results.
- Develop strong partnerships with stakeholders and influencers, nurturing opportunities for collaboration that enhances brand credibility.
- Use data-driven insights to track campaign performance, constantly refining strategies for maximum impact and measurable success.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a passion for both digital and traditional marketing approaches.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing high-impact social media and content marketing campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO practices, paired with the creativity to adapt them to broader marketing goals.
- Strong leadership abilities, proven in managing teams and complex projects with an eye for detail and innovation.
- Proficient in digital tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software like Google Analytics to shape data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with experience managing teams and navigating complex projects.
Compensation : $120,000-180,000 plus benefits
