About the Role : Internal Medicine Physician
- Outpatient Primary Care - Internal Medicine Physician
- Location : Parkville, Maryland (20mins from Baltimore)
- Schedule : M-F 8am - 5pm
- Collaborative work environment between Physicians and APPs.
- Services provided by the clinic : Primary Care, Chronic Disease Management, Wound Care, Arthritis Care etc..
- Assess, maintain, and improve the health status of individuals in the community through evidence-based acute, preventive, and chronic disease care.
- Collaborates with all other practitioners and clinical support staff to form a high performing team.
- Documents all patient care activities and services provided in the electronic health record.

Background Profile : Internal Medicine Physician
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Great at relationship building, both with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to hold and maintain Maryland State License
