Responsibilities :
Maintain existing employee files
Maintain payroll records
Process time records
Maintain timekeeping records
Maintain I-9 binders and I-9 retention forms
Manage mailouts for birthdays and anniversaries
Assist with benefit enrollment announcements
Support new hire onboarding activities
Assist with event planning holiday and HR events
Assist with various HR projects as needed
Qualifications :
3-5 years’ experience in a payroll processing role
Must be bilingual (Spanish)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience using Sage 300 CRE
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Details : Onsite, M-F, 8-5

Pay : $23-26 / hr.
