Bilingual English / Spanish or English / Creole is preferred. Will answer inquiries by telephone and face-to-face in an accurate and articulate manner.

The ideal candidate will have experience answering and routing all incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system.
- Redirect calls to appropriate recipient and take messages as required
- Greet visitors in a warm, professional manner
- Bilingual English / Spanish or English / Creole is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required
- Able to document all verbal and written communications received via email
- Handle mail, faxes, voicemail, etc.
- Pay from $16-18 / hr
