Salary : $85,000 - $127,000
Experience : 7+ years in Systems Administration to include strong server experience as a must!
Certifications : Industry certifications preferred (MCSA, MCSE, SCSA)
Job Overview :
We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator in Houston, TX, to manage and optimize our hardware, software, and network systems.
You will troubleshoot issues, ensure smooth system operations, and assist with the design of our telecommunications infrastructure.
This role requires strong problem-solving, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Install, upgrade, and patch operating system software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Configure, optimize, and monitor servers and operating systems.
- Perform system backups and recovery.
- Conduct server builds and manage system infrastructure.
- Oversee the company’s telephone systems, including international lines and conference call systems.
- Collaborate on the design and maintenance of telecommunications systems.
- Suggest and implement improvements to IT processes.
- Enforce IT policies and procedures across the company.
- Act as a liaison between NAII and the parent company regarding ERP system operations.
- Perform additional IT tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications :
- 7+ years of experience in Systems Administration.
- Strength with SharePoint
- Strong server troubleshooting experience
