We are on a mission to disrupt the outdated and overpriced Recruiting and Staffing industry.

Our client is seeking a motivated Project Manager to manage and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have a keen eye for detail.

Previous experience in construction project management is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Oversee project scheduling and ensure all milestones and deadlines are achieved.
  • Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and budgetary guidelines.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, permits, and contracts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on project status.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Resolve project-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Make informed decisions to keep projects on track and within budget.
  • Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
  • Allocate resources efficiently to optimize project outcomes.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a project manager in the construction industry.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
