Who you are :

As a Manager of Third-Party Risk Management with Frost, you are our risk navigator. In this role, you will work with managers and directors cross-functionally to develop performance improvement targets for suppliers and internal facilities.

You will manage workflow processes to guarantee that data and system controls meet internal baselines and efficiently work together to identify emerging risks.

What you'll do :

  • Work with managers and directors cross-functionally to develop performance improvement targets for suppliers and internal facilities
  • Manage workflow processes to guarantee that data and system controls meet internal baselines and efficiently work together to identify emerging risks
  • Oversee the design and implementation of a common and consistent Vendor Management Program to effectively monitor vendor risk in accordance with internal policy and governmental regulatory requirements
  • Maintain a current knowledge of the latest developments related to the vendor risk management industry, including GRC enterprise monitoring software
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 7-10 years of experience in third-party risk preferred, particularly with direct suppliers
  • Demonstrated collaboration, problem solving, and conflict management skills
  • Risk assessment and risk management experience
  • Excellent communication skills with experience working with suppliers or colleagues internationally
  • Familiar with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), data management and reporting preferred
  • Ability to work within a remote environment
