Position Summary
Were just as passionate about developing relationships as we are about our service; that is why we provide our Sales Account Managers with unlimited leads, in a non-scripted environment.
Equipped with state-of-the-art technology and a casual yet highly engaging work environment, our sales team assists new and existing businesses by introducing them to the benefits of full-service freight factoring.
Job Details
Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 : 00 am-5 : 00 pm
Location : 156th St & US 169 Olathe, KS
Pay : Hourly Base + Uncapped Commission (Reps earn an average of $55,000 in total compensation in the first year when successfully meeting minimum sales goals.)
- Outbound dialing and developing leads
- Effectively communicating the advantages of TAFSs services
- Persistently overcoming obstacles in the sales process and closing deals
- Maintaining established accounts
