Description
Team Fishel, the Best Choice in Utility Construction since 1936, is hiring a Project Manager - Electrical Distribution for projects in the greater Richmond / Henrico, VA area.
The Project Manager manages and directs electric distribution projects in both underground and overhead applications. The successful candidate will direct multiple project teams (consisting of full-time Teammates and subcontractors) and manage the total project scope from conception to final completion.
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Ability to work and develop rapport with all levels of management, construction crews, and customers
- Demonstrated experience in planning and managing overhead and underground electrical construction projects
- Ability to manage, report, and prioritize multiple utility construction projects
- Ability to represent the project and Team Fishel in public forums and planning sessions
- Strong team-building skills
- Negotiating skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation abilities
- Experience using Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools
