Are you tech savy and have warehouse experience? Our client is looking for a warehouse associate to join their team! If you are interested in getting into the IT field or enjoy working in a warehouse setting, the warehouse associate position is the job for you!
Compensation : $22.00
Location : Sterling, VA
Schedule : Mon-Fri Standard business hours
Roles and Responsibilities
- Participates in all aspects of shipping, receiving, organizing, and storing of goods in the warehouse
- Ability to manage the installation of custom images on several computers simultaneously is a plus
- Ability to work with limited supervision on a daily basis
- Ability to perform inventory counts and audits as needed
- Ability to perform data collection and recording
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 1-2 years of working in a warehouse setting
- Knowledge of basic computer imaging processes utilizing Ghost preferred
- Highschool or GED required

- Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and work with customers, teams, and management at all levels in a cross-functional environment
- Excellent oral and written communications; an ability to present and discuss departmental information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding no matter the level of audience
- Basic understanding of shipping and receiving processes
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Experience with UPS program and shipping policies
- Some Technical / computer support skills preferred
Work Environment / Physical Demands :
- Must have a positive attitude and be very detail oriented
- Able to move quickly to meet warehouse demands
- Must be able to lift up to 50-75 lbs. repetitively
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check
