GEE Group is working with a leader in advanced automated machinery solutions in seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex machinery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including single and three-phase.
- Work with PLCs, servo motor drives, and perform PLC programming.
- Read and interpret mechanical / electrical schematics and customer drawings.
- Assemble and troubleshoot mechanical components and subassemblies.
- Perform machine wiring and troubleshoot Servo motion controls and VFDs.
- Train operators and maintenance staff on machine operations and maintenance.
- Conduct onsite machine installations and startups.
- Occasionally handle tasks outside the primary role.
Key Requirements :
- 2-year degree in technology / electronics and 2+ years of experience with automated machinery.
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Experience with Siemens or Fanuc CNC / PLC systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and communicate technical information effectively.
