A leading building products manufacturer is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead their production team at their state-of-the-art facility.
As a member of this dynamic organization, you will have an opportunity to work with leading professionals while ensuring all production operations are completed effectively and efficiently.
The Production Supervisor will have the following responsibilities :
- Lead a team of 20-25 staff members
- Implement improvement initiatives
- Inspect and repair equipment as necessary
- Train and coach new team members
- Ensure efficiency of production operations
- Ensure safe working conditions
- Collaborate with other department leaders
- Assist plant leaders in hiring process
- Review quality processes on production line
The Production Supervisor will have the following qualifications :
- 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment
- LEAN / Six Sigma certifications a plus
- Bachelor's degree a plus
- Experience in leadership roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of HAACP and GMP principles
