About the Hospital and Department :

• Position will manage a growing 24 bed ED with over 40k annual visits and a team of over 60 FTE's
• Well supported by a team of Charge Nurses and Department Educator
• Reports directly to a collaborative and dynamic Director of Nursing

Qualifications & Requirements for Emergency Department Nurse Manager (RN) :

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Active RN License
• 5+ years of ER clinical nursing experience required
• 2+ years of ER leadership experience as an ED / ER Coordinator or Manager level required
• Proven track record of improving employee satisfaction / engagement, throughput times, and patient experience / satisfaction
• INSPIRATIONAL and collaborative leadership style
