Cleveland-Cliffs is actively seeking a Workday Analyst to support our growing organization to be based in one of the following offices : West Chester, OH, Burns Harbor, IN, Indiana Harbor, IN, Dearborn, MI, or Cleveland, OH.
The Workday team is a dynamic group of individuals who assist internal customers across all departments and have an integral role in the company.
Summary of Responsibilities
- Serve as an HR System partner supporting various areas in Workday, including Learning, Compliance Reporting, and Integrations
- Serve as a strong consultative partner to HR Business Partners in service delivery
- Test, validate and implement Business Process, Condition Rule and Eligibility Rule changes in Workday
- Work to meet expected business performance goals by providing full range of customer service
- Participate in scheduled and ad hoc training in order to improve policy and process acumen
- Analyze, design and build new custom reports using standard Workday reporting functionality (ex : Report Writer, Calculated Fields)
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum of three years of Workday experience or training preferred
- HR functional experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of HR operations and experience in employee data management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
