Position Summary :
We are seeking a curious, collaborative, and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our high-performing Business Development team.
You will have an impact on 120Water’s success by generating new business through inbound and outbound sales activity to fuel our growth.
You will work closely with other members of the sales and marketing team to create and prioritize target account lists and effective messaging within a defined territory or region.
What you’ll do :
- Communicate 120Water’s value proposition to the market
- Generate pipeline through sales activity to obtain quota goals
- Help potential customers understand legislation and policies related to clean water
- Prospect and nurture senior level relationships
- Collaborate with sales leadership to support revenue quota attainment
- Work with marketing to create and execute demand-generation campaigns
- Travel to conferences and various events on behalf of 120Water

- Experience generating leads for a value-based solution sales cycle
- 2+ years experience in SDR / BDR or sales role preferred
- Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus but not required
