POSITION SUMMARY
Assist, monitor and maintain documentation related to quality administration. Monitor and maintain the calibration system administration.
Support and provide administrative duties including maintain and monitor employee access and records in the Quality Management System.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
- Assist, monitor and maintain quality related documentation, including but not limited to quality manuals, standard operating procedures (SOP’s), inspection reports, corrective and preventative action, non-conformance reporting and complaint process.
- Ensure documentation is current and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Collect and register technical documents, such as drawings and blueprints maintained in the Quality Management System.
- Oversee and maintain the calibration schedule for measuring and test equipment including ensuring all required devices are calibrated and comply with relevant standards.
- Review and analyze calibration data to identify trends, anomalies and areas for improvement.
- Generate reports on quality data, including but not limited to calibration status, compliance and quality performance metrics.
- Support compliance submittals to customers and customers portals and track expiration dates of certifications.
- Support internal and external quality audit activities, including preparation and ensuring documentation and records are maintained and readily available.
- Maintain and monitor employee access and records in the Quality Management System.
- Demonstrates ability to appear for work on time, follow directions from a supervisor, interact well with co-workers, understand and follow work rules and procedures, comply with company policies and procedures, goals and objectives, and accepts constructive feedback.

Education and Experience :
- High school diploma or General Education Development (GED).
- 3 or more years administrative support or related experience or equivalent of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
- Knowledge of and fundamental understanding of quality control processes.
- Knowledge and ability to use basic personal computers and software packages.
- Ability to follow and comprehend verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to maintain organized work processes.

Pay Rate : The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type, and length of experience with the industry, education, geographic location, etc.
