We offer in-home care in nearly all locations of the valley and surrounding areas.
This includes, but is not limited to : Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Cave Creek, Carefree, and Ahwatukee.
Description :
The Caregiver / CNA is responsible for providing high quality , safe and supportive care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.
In addition, the Caregiver / CNA will assist the patients with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) , and other necessary task that are essential to their every day living.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Personal Car e- Assist with personal hygiene, bathing, showering, and dressing.
- Mobility- Assist with ambulation, physical therapy exercise and walking inside and outside the home.
- Meal s- Assist with the planning and preparation of meals
- Housekeepin g- perform light housekeeping duties where needed (dishes, bedding, laundry, dust, sweep, mop, etc.).
- Reminders- Remind clients to take prescription medications and of scheduled appointments.
- Errands- Complete shopping task or accompany patients while they shop.
- Transportation- Provide safe and reliable transportation to appointments, shopping, pharmacy, and other errands as needed.
Education, Certification, License :
- High School diploma or GED equivalency.
- Current TB Testing
- CPR / First Aid (will provide resources if needed).
- DCW Training (will provide resources if needed).
- Fingerprint Clearance (will resources to obtain).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment.
- Hoyer Lift Experience (client specific requirement).
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
- Must be 18yrs or older
Employee Benefits Program :
$250 Caregiver Referral Program (Referral Qualifications : Employee and Referred Caregiver must be in compliance and working consistently for 90 days)
Medical Benefits after 90 Days of employment
401K after 1 year of employment
