Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Order Desk Representatives are responsible for general customer service activities for Edge Technologies, including : maintaining a thorough understanding of the product, and communicating with customers regarding part requests.
Ensure timely and accurate billings and maintain strong customer relations. Utilize an ERP system to track requests and develop action plans and apply and maintain lean management / manufacturing principles to all aspects of the business.
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates must be highly motivated and a team player. Ideal candidates will possess an associate's degree or equivalent business education, be detailed oriented and have some knowledge of Microsoft Windows, and some exposure to a computerized inventory system (ERP system).
One to two years of office experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, basic accounting activities or inside sales.
Mechanical aptitude or knowledge of lathes and screw machines would be a big plus.
