Mechanical Engineer
Innovative Mechanical Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in designing and developing mechanical components for industrial applications.
The role includes but is not limited to supporting the development of new electro-mechanical products and increasing the efficiency, costs, and durability of existing products.
The position requires a skilled individual in quality control and cross-functional communication to drive team efficiency.
The position collaborates with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are optimized for manufacturability to meet cost and delivery targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Motivated self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated solid modeling skills; SolidWorks preferred.
- Ability to interpret customer specifications and apply to design requirements.
- Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to lead design meetings with a focus on clear and constructive actions.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of sheet metal and machine parts design is preferred.
- Knowledge of software for stress and thermal analysis.
- Ability to generate drawings with GD&T to account for form, fit, function, and tolerancing stack-up.
- Develop Engineering documents such as drawings, test procedures, engineering change orders.
Required Experience and Education
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university / college in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
- Minimum appropriate experience (3-5 years) in relevant markets.
- Electro-Mechanical design experience a plus.
- Must be a US Person or Permanent Resident.

Base Compensation : USD 90,000.00 - 110,000.00 Paid Salaried
