LHH is currently recruiting for a Vice President of Marketing and Sales for a permanent role with our client in the Dallas, TX area.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the real estate space managing both sales and marketing departments.
This is an onsite role at our client’s office in the Dallas area.
Responsibilities :
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company sales goals and profitability
Lead the sales and marketing team, providing direction, motivation, and support to achieve targets
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly
Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate agents, brokers, and other partners
Develop and execute marketing plans to promote brand awareness and drive traffic and communities and model homes
Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and website content
Coordinate with design and advertising agencies to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns
Recruit, train, and mentor sales and marketing team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Enhance the customer journey by implementing best practices in customer service and communication
Qualifications :
Minimum 10 years of marketing experience
Real estate industry experience required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
Experience managing teams of 15+ people
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities / projects at a time
Ability to work onsite in the Dallas area
