Job Description : Registered Dietician

Under general supervision of the Associate Director of Nursing and in accordance with Physician or Physician extender will provide education and guidance with meal planning, care coordination, nutrition evaluation and recommendation.

Education Requirement : Master's degree - preferred

Certifications / Licenses :

• Certificate of Dietic Registration (CDR) - Required
• NY State Office of Professionals Registered License - Preferred
• Primary Source Verification - required
• AHA BLS - required

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities : Two years of experience

Schedule Notes : 8 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m.
