Responsibilities :
As a Permanent Customer Service Representative, your primary duties will include :
1. Delivering exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries, addressing their needs effectively, and ensuring their satisfaction.
2. Leveraging your knowledge of packaging to assist customers in making informed decisions, resolving their issues, and enhancing their experience.
3. Collaborating with the sales team to identify and pursue sales opportunities, drive revenue growth, and achieve company targets.
4. Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of our products, services, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
5. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and efficiently.
6. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, and communicating and coordinating with internal departments.
7. Following up on customer interactions and ensuring resolution of issues, and providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Qualifications :
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications :
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the sales industry.
2. Proven experience or knowledge in packaging is a must.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and make informed decisions.
6. Proficiency in using computers and relevant software applications.
7. High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
8. Sales acumen, with the ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
