About The Position
Job Title : Lab Technologist Job Specialty : Core and Blood Bank Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 05 : 00-17 : 30, every third weekend Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week Experience : 3+ years preferred License : National certification for Medical Technology Certifications : ASCP or AMT Must-Have : Core lab and blood bank skills Job Description : Work in a high-volume laboratory ensuring completion of tasks with initiative and organization.
Operate and handle laboratory equipment including Beckman Coulter for Chemistry, Hematology, and UA; ACL Tops for coagulation;
Ortho Swift for blood bank.- Use Cerner EMR for managing patient data.- Work effectively as a team player.- Maintain professional attire with a required scrub color of ceil blue top and optional ceil blue or black pants.
- Ensure adherence to attire guidelines, avoiding jeans, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and open heel or toe shoes.- Join a facility known for its full range of medical services, including vascular, orthopedic, cardiac, neurological, and emergency care.
- Be part of a hospital recognized for unique programs and esteemed clinical services.- Collaborate within a setting that values continuity of care and access to pioneering research and clinical trials.
