Key ResponsibilitiesConduct SBA 7(a) loan file reviews and prepare reportsCollaborate with the SBA on various loan reviews and provide consulting services to lendersSupervise and train other consultants while managing client service projects from planning to completionRequired Qualifications and EducationBachelor's degree preferred10 years of experience in financial institutions or regulatory supervisory institutions with a focus on SBAIn-depth knowledge of SBA lending, particularly the SBA 7(a) program and related SOPsExperience in supervising and managing projects with multiple responsibilitiesAbility to obtain and maintain an SBA security clearance
