Position Responsibilities
- Recruit active and passive candidates for senior-level corporate for Merchandising, Purchasing and Real Estate positions using job board sites, sourcing tools, social media and networking.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand the business, their talent needs and what it takes to be successful in each position.
- Identify and recommend recruiting strategies and ideas to support our growing business.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies and other organizations to find talent and stay current with market conditions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10+ years in sales, recruiting or a related human resources function.
- Experience in a recruiting agency setting.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
