We've recently raised $36M and are looking for a Graphic Designer to help accelerate our rapid growth - 2x ARR this year.

Responsibilities

• Develop visually impactful marketing collateral, including digital ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, and print collateral.
• Create templates with variations.
• Previous experience incorporating animations is a plus.
• Develop marketing campaigns and initiatives, incorporating insights from market research and competitive landscape evaluation.
• Run A / B tests and tweak design options to find what works best in boosting user interest and engagement.
• Uphold brand standards and guidelines across all design materials, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand identity.
• Refine and organize brand assets & visual language.

Requirements

• 3+ years of design experience, with a technical background.
• A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.
• Strong communication and the ability to articulate and defend design decisions.
• A willingness to define and navigate ambiguity.
• Passionate curiosity about the Internet, design, trends, and culture.
• Able to collaborate with creatives and business stakeholders to tell stories through design.
